Public Records Request

To request public records, please submit a written request to our office. This must be done by mail or hand-delivered and must include a signature. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible about the records you need, including record type, relevant dates, and any specific departments or individuals involved.

Although most of our records are public and, therefore, available for public inspection and duplication, the Public Records Law allows for a reasonable amount of time of up to seventy-two (72) hours to make public records available. These statues also allow for the charging of a fee for the cost of duplicating these records.

Requests are not subject to be sent electronically.

Please note that fees may apply for copies or extensive searches.
