Use the booking tool below to submit a facility reservation request and pay the required deposit. Reservations are subject to staff review and approval. After submission, St. Landry Parish staff will contact you to finalize event details, contracts, remaining balance, and any special requirements.

Important Details
Availability shown online reflects standard operating windows. Extended-hour events, large-capacity events, live performances, and special accommodations may require additional staff review and approval.
The amount shown during booking is the deposit only. St. Landry Parish staff will contact you after submission to complete the booking and confirm any remaining balance or requirements.
NOTICE: Deposits start at $525. Events with 500 or more attendees and/or live performances require a $1,000 deposit and additional venue coordination.

Does submitting a reservation guarantee my booking?
No. All reservations are subject to staff review, venue availability, and operational approval. A submitted reservation request does not guarantee approval until reviewed by St. Landry Parish staff.
What does the deposit cover?
The online payment secures your reservation request and serves as the required deposit for the venue. Additional fees, staffing costs, operational requirements, or remaining balances may be handled separately by staff.
What is the difference between Partial Day and Full Day Rentals?
Partial Day Rentals are intended for shorter events with limited booking windows and operational buffer requirements. Full Day Rentals are intended for larger or extended events requiring longer access to the facility.
Can events extend past normal booking hours?
Some venues may allow approved events to continue beyond standard booking hours, including up to 2:00 AM where permitted by venue policies and staff approval.
Why are some dates or times unavailable?
Availability is based on venue operating rules, existing reservations, required setup/cleanup time, staffing requirements, and operational restrictions configured for each facility.
Will additional staffing or parking requirements apply to my event?
Possibly. High-capacity events or certain event types may require additional staffing, security, parking accommodations, or operational coordination. Staff will review these requirements after your reservation request is submitted.
