St. Landry Parish Government will host its adjudicated property sale on October 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. located at the St. Landry Parish Council Building, 118 S. Court St., Opelousas, LA.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to acquire property within the parish that has been adjudicated due to unpaid taxes.

Properties available for sale will be listed prior to the event. Interested buyers are encouraged to review the listings and prepare accordingly. The property sale will follow a competitive bidding process.
Important: All sealed bids must be submitted by October 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to be eligible for consideration.
