February 25, 2025, marked a new beginning for the Eagle’s Nest Park with a ribbon cutting.
Thank you to State Representative Dustin Miller for his instrumental support in making this project a reality.
We also appreciate our Parish Council members (Jody White, Timmy Lejeune, Jimmie Edwards, Mildred Thierry, and Dexter Brown), government staff, representatives from Congressman Cleo Fields’s office, and community members who joined us for this exciting milestone.
Work at the site will begin in the coming weeks, with the park expected to be open in late 2026.
