ST. LANDRY PARISH – St. Landry Parish Government will hold its 2nd Quarter Adjudicated Property Sale on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Parish Council Chamber, located at 131 W. Bellevue St, Opelousas, LA 70570.
This sale is conducted under Ordinance No. 2023-026, in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 47:2201-2204, which authorize the sale of properties adjudicated to the parish.
Properties will be offered at a minimum bid of $500.00, plus any outstanding liens, judgments, mortgages, and/or encumbrances.

- Instructions: All sealed bids must be submitted using the official St. Landry Parish Adjudicated Property Bid Form and its envelope. Forms are available for pickup at the St. Landry Parish Government Office.
