On June 2nd, at approximately 6:30 PM, surveillance video captured footage of a woman dumping two puppies into a trash can outside of Sebastian West End Seafood, located at 1538 W Landry Street in Opelousas.
The woman is believed to be in her mid-30s to early 40s, with shoulder-length black hair. At the time of the incident, she is weaing a light purple shirt with black shorts.
Anyone with information about the woman’s identity or whereabouts is encouraged to come forward. An anonymous tip can be submitted to St. Landry Parish Government Investigators.
